Subject: South Sacramento County Habitat Conservation Plan

The League of Women Voters of Sacramento County supports the County Planning Staff recommendation to not include more urban expansion in the draft Habitat Conservation Plan permit area. The Conservation Plan as crafted will protect farmland, water resources, and habitat in the area. The Plan is consistent with the SACOG Blueprint which has been endorsed by County.
