About this event
League V.P. Paula Lee will present our proposal for using Ranked Choice Voting to elect Sacramento City Council and Mayor. This meeting provides our community an opportunity to discuss the RCV proposal, ask questions and sign the petition to get it on the November 2026 ballot.
Please join us and invite other City voters to learn how:
• we can achieve a majority winner in ONE Nov election,
• eliminate notoriously negative and costly runoff campaigns
• elect candidates in Nov when more people vote
RCV will make our elections more representative of the community, make campaign more civil, and reduce money in politics.
