Each May or June, the LWVSC holds an Annual Meeting, to approve a program of action for the coming year and to vote in a new board of directors. Information about the date and time of the Annual Meeting will be posted on this website at least two weeks in advance of the annual meeting, and an email will be sent to all members with information about the Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting Workbook, which lays out the proposed program and slate, is sent to members at least two weeks prior to the meeting, and members physically attending the annual meeting are encouraged to bring a copy of the workbook (printed or electronic) to follow along.

This event notification is for calendar purposes and requires no action, except to hold this date so that you can attend this in person meeting.
